Keep your house foundation Healthy and Clean!

By placing a vent well cover over a vent well when in use, you are helping to keep out leaves and garbage that can block the air flow that is needed for proper air flow.
When installed into low decks where the access to the vents is blocked, you gain much needed use of the vents where air flow could be stopped, creating dead air space.
You should never block vent units. By placing vent wells around your vents when needed, you maintain the use of a vent that is crucial to proper air flow.

Cut down on energy cost by proper use of your vents.
Vents should be placed 8 to 10 feet on all sides of the foundation. This will create an intake/exhaust system that will create a steady flow of air.
Most building codes require 1 square foot of open ventilation area for every 150 square feet of crawl space.
To avoid dead-air space, place vents within 3 feet of each corner.
Proper use of vents can help prevent freezing water and sewer pipes under your home in the winter and keep them cooler in the summer.

FOUNDATIONS Safety - When you have pavers or concrete with area wells in it, you have large holes for people or pets to step into. Place this cover over the hole and you have a safer and cleaner walking or sitting area. Foundations are critical to the integrity of the home -Thats why foundation ventilation is critical in helping to prevent build-up of moisture that can lead to costly damages.
Ventilation -Can help control conditions that lead to Mold, Mildew, Fungi, Damp Rot, and Unhealthy Air. Did you know that termites are attracted to warm, moist and dead-air environments that can be found under houses and buildings with inadequate ventilation? By keeping proper air flow you can help prevent the problems that can lead to failure of the integrity of your home or place of business.
